1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and jiji3 ("jiji3," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiji3.net ("the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the jiji3 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. jiji3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jiji3 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jiji3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. jiji3 will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jiji3 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• Account Verification: jiji3 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jiji3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jiji3 is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. jiji3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. jiji3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jiji3 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso. jiji3 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the jiji3 Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jiji3 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• jiji3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including errors in odds, lines, or market descriptions.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round or betting event, jiji3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on jiji3. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be changed by jiji3 at any time without prior notice.
• jiji3 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or bets placed in breach of these Terms, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jiji3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms displayed on the Rewards page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiji3 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jiji3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiji3 staff or other users of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiji3 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jiji3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiji3.
• Use any jiji3 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiji3's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jiji3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond jiji3's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

jiji3 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiji3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

jiji3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all users of the Platform:

• jiji3 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, jiji3 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiji3 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jiji3 support. jiji3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiji3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jiji3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the jiji3 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
